Shipping policy

We provide shipping services through USPS. Our normal processing time is 2 - 5 business days except for weekends, holidays, and during sales when we get more orders than usual. During these time, please expect 10-14 business days to process your order. We apologize for the inconvenience for shipping during these times and thank you for your patience.

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday. Once an order is received and processed an email will be sent out with tracking information. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Please make sure your shipping address is listed correctly. Once your package has been shipped, Crown of Hope LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delivery delay of packages.
