Refund policy

To initiate return:

1. Please reach out to us at crownofhopestore@gmail.com

2. provide your full name and order number for reference.

3. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the products purchase price minus the shipping fees.

4. If your order arrive damaged, please take clear pictures and email us @crownofhopestore@gmail.com and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

5. We will not refund or replace lost or undelivered packages. Please file a claim with the shipping company.

6. All sales are final.
